This course, which is taught fully in English, deals with the study of and practice with the peculiar features of legal English, including its pronunciation. It also analyses the sources of legal vocabulary in English, in particular in the European Union. Legal experts will focus on areas such as cross-border cooperation in civil and criminal matters or with a special emphasis on the European Union. The course is aimed at any law- or language-related professionals or students of any related areas who wish to improve their level of legal English.
THE COURSE IS TAUGHT ENTIRELY IN ENGLISH. IT CAN BE FOLLOWED LIVE OR ON DEFERRED MODE. PARTCIPANTS HAVE UNTIL 15 SEPTEMBER TO SUBMIT A SHORT TASK, WHICH IS A REQUIREMENT TO OBTAIN THE CERTIFICATE.
