Payment info for the participants of the 4th International ESP Conference 2020
Before you make the payment for the ESP2020 you will need to register and confirm your attendance.
Deadlines
Please adhere to the deadlines as it is vital for better arrangement. Delegates are required to register and pay their conference fee by 20 March 2020.
After your abstract has been accepted you will have time to make your payment for the conference at early bird late. If you miss that date for any reasons, you can still make your payment by 20 March 2020.
Fee
Delegates are asked to arrange their own travel and accommodation. Conference programme will be available on the conference website near the date of the conference.

You will receive an email about how to make payment and details after your abstract has been accepted.
* Payment must be done by 20th March.
Cancellations
Due to pandemic, we changed the conference venue and now is online as some delegates requested. Please let us know whether you are able to attend or not.
If you are unable to attend online conference, we will process a refund if we receive written notification by 15 September 2020. A £70 processing fee will be deducted from your refund. Cancellations notified after 15 September 2020 will not qualify for a refund.
